Drive student admissions and lead conversion through proactive calling, counselling, and

follow-ups. You will connect with prospective students and parents, understand their career

goals, explain INSD programs, and help move inquiries toward enrolment. This role requires

solid communication, persuasion, and consistent follow-up in a target-driven

environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Call and follow up with fresh, warm, and existing leads generated through digital

campaigns, walk-ins, and references

 Counsel prospective students and parents on INSD courses, career opportunities,

fees, and admission process

 Convert inquiries into campus visits, counselling sessions, and admissions

 Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion updates in CRM or

Excel trackers

 Coordinate with centre teams for counselling schedules, documentation, and





admission closure

 Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets

 Support re-engagement of old leads and pending inquiries through regular follow-

ups

Qualifications

 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele calling, admissions, counselling, or lead

conversion

 Strong verbal communication and convincing ability in English and Hindi

 Comfort in speaking with students, parents, and working on follow-up cycles

 Basic proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and calling processes

 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized in day-to-day execution.
