Role SummaryTo support sales of AAC blocks products across project and retail channels through field execution and customer coordination.Key Responsibilities

- Support retail counter sales and dealer servicing activities
- Assist in project-level coordination with contractors
- Promote product usage at site and retail level
- Support order generation and basic demand follow-ups
- Assist in product demos and sample coordination
- Collect market-level feedback on product movement
- Payment follow-up and collection

Required Qualifications

- Any Graduate; MBA preferred

Experience & Industry Background

- 3–4 years of experience in retail or project sales
- Exposure to AAC blocks or building materials preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Basic product understanding and selling skills
- Field coordination ability
- Customer handling skills
- Execution-focused and disciplined

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
