Job Title: Technical Support Representative – Operating System (North America)

Location: Jaipur | Work From Office

Salary & Benefits: up to ₹34,000

- Cabs available for odd hours

Work Details:

- 5.5 working days per week with rotational shifts (mainly night shifts)
- 9.5 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
- Rotational week-offs
- No leaves allowed in the first 3 months (except weekly offs)

Eligibility:

- Graduates & Undergraduates
- Excellent English communication skills
- Positive technical aptitude
- Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound international calls related to operating systems and technical support
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues for North America customers
- Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve customer problems




- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and escalations
- Ensure timely resolution while meeting KPIs and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support
