We are looking for D365 F&O; Functional Analyst (SCM & Manufacturing)
Location - Bangalore
Experience- 5 to 10 years
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Custom Application Development
- Analyse business needs and translate them into functional designs.
- Plan and facilitate requirement elicitation activities to ensure requirements are documented, validated, and success criteria in line with the desired business outcomes.
- Carry out functional tests and coordinate UAT.
- Ensure smooth go-live and provide post-implementation support.
2. Standard Application Configuration
- Implement and validate solutions via configuration to ensure business readiness.
- Undertake Impact Assessments to identify operational and technical gaps in operating processes, functionality and operating models.
- Coordinate issue resolution and enhancements with external vendors.
3. Environment & System Management
- Maintain test and production environments via Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps.
- Optimize performance, ensure quality control of vendor deliverables, maintain test systems,
and configure new legal entities (financial and logistics parameters).
4. Operational Support
- Monitor and manage automated job flows and key system processes.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide user training for current features.
- Monitor issues raised via ticketing system, keep users informed on status and ensure SLA is adhered to.
- Liaise with Service Desk support, help ensure that KBAs are up to date.
- Escalate issues to the Microsoft support organization as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, information technology or computer science.
- A Microsoft certification (e.g. D365 F&O; Functional Analyst Associate/Expert) is an advantage
Work Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- At least 3-5 years’ experience within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District)
