We are seeking a qualified Production Chemist to manage and monitor manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and maintain safety and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day production activities as per production plan
- Monitor chemical processes and batch operations
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) & documentation
- Perform raw material verification before production
- Coordinate with Quality Control & Maintenance departments
- Optimize production yield and reduce wastage
- Follow GMP, safety, and SOP guidelines
- Report any deviation or process issues to the Production Manager
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area
