Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
- Ability to work with various integration techniques and APIs related to content management systems.
- Good understanding of business process workflows and how to translate them into technical solutions.
