Job description:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Reconciliation & Ledger: Manage the general ledger, execute month-end/year-end close processes, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management with budget preparations, variance analysis, and tracking project or department spending against actuals.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure accounting practices strictly adhere to GAAP or IFRS standards, and prepare necessary documentation for internal and external auditors.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior and staff accountants, reviewing their daily tasks and ensuring data integrity.
- GST Management: Compute monthly GST liabilities (CGST, SGST, IGST), handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims,



and reconcile books of accounts with GSTR-2A and GSTR-2B. Manage the filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- TDS & TCS Operations: Ensure correct TDS deductions on payments (salaries, vendors, rent, contracts). Calculate and deposit TDS challans, file quarterly e-TDS returns (e.g., 24Q, 26Q), and issue Form 16/16A to deductees. Reconcile TDS with Form 26AS.

Core Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of proven accounting or finance experience.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial software (Tally Prime) and expert-level Microsoft Excel skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
