Branch Manager

We are looking for a responsible, dynamic, and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage and supervise branch operations effectively.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Lead and supervise branch staff to ensure optimal team performance.
- Achieve branch business targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor sales, collections, and customer service activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in the NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.




- Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.

- Target-oriented approach with good analytical skills.

Language knowledge

- Tamil
- English
