- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of applications with other systems.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- Experience in designing and configuring complex software applications to meet business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Pune office.
