Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of various technical concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), RESTful services, and vulnerability assessment, among others. The Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Duties

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of various teams.
- Conduct engaging training sessions on topics such as OOP, RESTful services, vulnerability assessment, and operating systems.
- Utilize tools like Jenkins and Meraki to facilitate training on software deployment and network management.
- Provide hands-on instruction in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.




- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure training content is relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar role within a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and familiarity with DNS concepts.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in using Jenkins for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, particularly with Meraki systems.
- Understanding of containerization technologies like Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
