We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant – Estimation & ERP Implementation to support quantity take-offs, project estimation, and assist in ERP system implementation and data management. The role requires a strong understanding of civil drawings along with the ability to align technical data within ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimation & Quantity Take-off:
- Study and interpret civil drawings (architectural & structural)
- Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) with accuracy
- Assist in cost estimation and rate analysis
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams for material specifications
ERP Implementation & Coordination:
- Support ERP implementation for estimation and project tracking modules
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within ERP systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and ERP vendors for smooth execution
- Assist in mapping estimation and project workflows into ERP
Project Coordination & Reporting:
- Track project-related data and update reports regularly
- Maintain documentation related to estimates, BOQs, and revisions
- Support in standardizing estimation and reporting formats
Key Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3–4 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic understanding or exposure to ERP systems
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and estimation tools
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (any construction/project-based ERP)
- Understanding of billing, BOQ structuring, and project costing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
