Key Responsibilities
- Patient Support: Greet patients, address their inquiries, and guide them through treatment plans and facility procedures.
- Scheduling & Registration: Manage calendars for doctors and specialists, organize patient visits, and register recent individuals upon arrival.
- Care Coordination: Liaise between patients, families, and clinical staff to ensure effective communication and smooth transitions in care.
- Administrative & Records: Maintain accurate, confidential medical records using healthcare software and MS Office.
- Billing & Insurance: Verify insurance coverage, assist with pre-authorizations, and manage documentation for billing.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
