1. Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis

- Inspect motorcycles and scooters for mechanical and electrical issues.
- Diagnose engine, clutch, gearbox, suspension, brake, and electrical problems.
- Use diagnostic tools and Honda service manuals for fault identification.
- Conduct road tests before and after repair when required.

2. Repair & Maintenance Work

- Perform periodic maintenance/service as per Honda standards.
- Repair or replace defective parts and components.
- Carry out:
- Engine repairs
- Brake servicing
- Clutch work
- Chain/sprocket adjustment
- Suspension repairs
- Battery and electrical repairs
- Fuel system servicing
- Handle accidental repair work if assigned.

3. Genuine Parts & Tools Usage

- Use Honda genuine spare parts and approved consumables.
- Properly use workshop tools, special tools, and equipment.
- Maintain tools in positive working condition.

4. Service Quality & Productivity

- Complete jobs within standard repair time.
- Ensure first-time-right repair quality.
- Minimize repeat complaints and comeback jobs.
- Follow workshop SOPs and quality standards.

5. Customer Support Coordination

- Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding repair status.
- Explain technical issues if required.
- Support customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.

6. Workshop Safety & Housekeeping

- Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Maintain cleanliness of work bay and tools.
- Properly dispose of waste oil, damaged parts,



and consumables.
- Ensure safe handling of fuel and batteries.

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Update job card status and repair details.
- Report additional repair requirements to supervisor/service advisor.
- Record parts used and pending repair details.

8. Learning & Skill Development

- Attend Honda technical training programs.
- Upgrade skills on new bike models and technologies.
- Learn diagnostic equipment and digital service systems.

Preferred Qualification

- Freshers can be hired as trainee technicians

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
