A Civil Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with workers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage labor, equipment, and material usage efficiently.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities for billing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in construction/site execution (experience requirement can vary).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
