KLM Assets Fin is hiring Business Development Manager (BDM) to our Rajakumari branch at Idukki district and the candidate having 3+ years of experience in NBFC/Chits. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, promoting chit schemes, and achieving subscription targets. The role involves market expansion, relationship management, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Preference will be given to candidates from Rajakumari and nearby areas in Idukki district. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for chit fund schemes
- Promote various chit plans to potential customers through direct marketing, field visits, and networking
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers
- Ensure timely collection of installments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reviewing financial reports and making recommendations for improvements to business operations based on findings
