Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Ayurveda (BAMS), Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree (M.Pharm/MBA Operations) will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, WHO-GMP, AYUSH, and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the complete manufacturing operations of the Ayurveda production plant.
- Ensure smooth production planning, scheduling, and timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Implement and maintain GMP, WHO-GMP, AYUSH, and quality standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Stores, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and production resources to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor production KPIs, plant efficiency, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.




- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, and operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor plant teams to build a high-performance work culture.
- Prepare production reports, MIS, budgets, and performance reviews for senior management.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent production planning and inventory management skills.
- Sound understanding of quality systems, documentation, and compliance.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Ayurveda, Herbal, Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.
