We at Oxybee solutions are hiring a MEE Operator for our client Foxconn

Level: Junior / Technical

Primary Goal: To keep the machine running smoothly during a specific shift and ensure output parameters are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Startup & Shutdown: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safely start the steam flow, vacuum pumps, and feed pumps.
- Monitoring Gauges: Constantly checking vacuum levels, steam pressure, and temperature across all effects (stages).
- Logbook Maintenance: Recording hourly readings of feed flow, condensate discharge, and power consumption.
- Sample Collection: Taking samples of the feed and the "concentrate" (slurry) to check for TDS and density.
- Chemical Dosing: Preparing and adding anti-scalant and anti-foaming chemicals into the dosing tanks.
- Minor Troubleshooting: Identifying pump seal leaks, unusual vibrations, or sudden drops in vacuum and reporting them immediately.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
