Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined individual to join our team as a Coordinator. The ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact for clients, staff, and management while ensuring smooth operations of our wellness center.Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of therapists and support staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Review patient documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Coordinate patient care with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers.
- Address patient concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies,



healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage therapy equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative, professional, and patient-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

- Master degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software.
- Previous experience in coordination or administration is a plus.
