Core Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Budget Management

- Channel Distribution: Selecting the ideal mix of organic and paid platforms based on target demographic behavior.
- Financial Oversight: Allocating, monitoring, and continuously adjusting multi-channel campaign budgets to ensure high Return on Investment (ROI).
- Competitor Benchmarking: Regularly auditing competitors' online strategies to spot growth opportunities.

2. Cross-Channel Campaign Oversight

- Search Marketing: Driving organic growth via Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and scaling paid initiatives via Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC).
- Social Media & PR: Developing cross-platform social media blueprints while coordinating with brand ambassadors and online influencers.
- Inbound & Automation:



Overseeing editorial calendars for high-quality content marketing and structuring customer retention via email marketing funnels.

3. Data Analytics & Optimization

- Performance Reporting: Monitoring core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Looker Studio.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Running persistent A/B tests on landing pages to streamline the user experience and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Reputation Guarding: Assessing end-to-end customer touchpoints and implementing proactive crisis response steps if online reputation challenges arise.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
