Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is a leading training institute offering professional courses in CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, IT, and GATE coaching. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Counsellor to drive student enrollments and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively presenting course benefits.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking systems.
- Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely closure of admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in Sales, Academic Counseling, EdTech Sales, Training Institute Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in educational institutions, coaching centers, training institutes, or EdTech companies.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
