We are seeking a smart and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources and administrative operations in our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and employee onboarding
- Attendance, leave and HR records maintenance
- Payroll support and statutory documentation
- Purchase of office and production materials
- Vendor follow-up and purchase order coordination
- Bank-related work (cash deposit, cheque deposit, RTGS/NEFT documentation, passbook updates, etc.)
- Maintain employee files and office documents
- General office administration
- Support management in day-to-day operations

Requirements :

- Any Degree / MBA HR / B.Com / BBA
- A : 30 - 35 - M




- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Honest, organized and willing to handle multiple responsibilities
- Additional Requirement:
- Must have valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving License

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
- Computer knowledge (MS Office)
