We are looking for a highly analytical and technically sound Product Manager Associate / Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have experience working on AI products, Blockchain platforms, and modern web technologies such as MERN and MEAN Stack.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager Associate / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, defining product features, creating functional documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and clients throughout the product lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Planning & Business Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Convert business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs.
- Support product roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

AI & Emerging Technologies

- Work on AI-powered products including Chatbots, Voicebots, AI Agents, and Generative AI applications.
- Understand AI workflows, LLM integrations, prompt engineering concepts, automation,



and conversational AI.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to define product capabilities and user experiences.
- Analyze AI use cases and recommend product enhancements.

Blockchain & Technology Projects

- Participate in Blockchain-based product development and requirement gathering.
- Understand smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), wallets, tokenization, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into development tasks.

Product Development

- Collaborate with development teams working on MERN, MEAN, Mobile, and SaaS applications.
- Create wireframes, workflows, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases.
- Support UAT, feature validation, and release management.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

- Act as the communication bridge between clients, developers, QA, designers, and leadership.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager Associate, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Experience working on AI, SaaS, Blockchain, Web, or Mobile application projects.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience writing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with AI products such as Chatbots, Voicebots, AI Assistants, or AI Agents.




- Knowledge of MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, web development, and mobile applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, or AI automation products.
- Understanding of Blockchain concepts, Smart Contracts, and dApps.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and SaaS architectures.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Notion, Figma, or similar tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
