Qualifications: Any Diploma/ Engineering Degree/ ITI / Fitter

Skills: Knowledge and Experience In Aluminum Piping, GI Piping, SS Piping

Salary: 15k- 20k / Per Month Take Home

We are looking for a reliable pipeline supervisor to plan, install and maintain piping

systems in industrial sites. The Site supervisor will be responsible for reviewing blueprints, planning, installing, and maintaining aluminum piping systems and related equipment.

Pipeline Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Inspecting the workplace, clearing obstructions and preparing & organizing

materials and equipment.

- Study and prepare site plans, blueprints and planning pipe systems and related

equipment installations.

- Managing manpower and allocate installers to site for projects and getting work

done. Oversee and report daily operations.

- Plans & complete work done on time, maintenance of Installers Attendance and Site

Information.

- Using a variety of tools to modify pipes to specifications.
- Preparing daily site plans & material usage list, Oversee site operations andinstallations
- Inspect and prepare sites for Pipeline operations
- Ordering required materials such as pipes, hangars, brackets etc.
- Repair malfunctions, breakages, or leaks.
- Assembling pipe components and systems.
- Installs and maintains refrigeration and air conditioning systems, includingcompressors, pumps, meter, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, and piping.
- Installing & securing pipes to walls and fixtures with brackets, clamps.Repairing and maintaining pipe systems, supports,



and related equipment.
- Oversee Loads, transports, and unloads material, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Observes and complies with all safety and project rules and all company policies andprocedures
- Complying with relevant dress codes and regulatory standards.

Job Description:

- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Assembles fittings and valves for installation
- Knowledge in Aluminium piping installation and maintenance
- Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed forinstallation of compressors
- Assists in early site plan
- Maintain Pipe Systems and repairs
- Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Analyses problem and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair
- Follows health and safety standards and complies with safety codes

Skill Required:

- Ability to work in Heights & Trench
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter and knowledge in Aluminum Pipe Installations.
- Educational Qualification: 10th 12th, Any Degree/ Diploma, ITI Fitter, Plumbing,Pipe fitter (ATS )
- Knowledge and Experience in Aluminium, SS or GA piping
- Being able to travel frequently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
