Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor who are passionate about sales and helping students build successful careers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.




- Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and field activities.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with students and corporate clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
