- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments.
- Schedule and confirm doctor appointments.
- Update patient details in the CRM.
- Respond to patient queries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the front office and doctors.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Achieve daily follow-up and appointment targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, CRM, or Customer Support.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
- Friendly, organized, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
