- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
- Experience with version control systems and automated deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of software build processes and release pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in complex environments.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Knowledge of scripting languages to automate release and configuration tasks.
