We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to expand our market presence and drive sales of our FMCG products. The ideal candidate should have experience in distributor handling, retailer onboarding, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Generate recent business opportunities and increase product availability in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Coordinate with distributors for order execution, payments, and inventory management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food products, or spices/pickles preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone-based reporting.
