Key Responsibilities

- Handling property sales and client consultations
- Generating leads and building long-term client relationships
- Conducting site visits and property presentations
- Coordinating with developers and facilitating deal closures
- Maintaining consistent follow-ups with potential clients
- Understanding client requirements and offering suitable property options

Requirements

- Prior experience in real estate brokerage / property sales




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
- Professional attitude and client-handling ability
- Knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market will be an added advantage
