Job Title: Talent Sales Manager

Experience: 5–8 years
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Type: Full-Time, On-site

Role Overview:

As a Talent Sales Manager, you will lead the celebrity and influencer sales vertical. You will be responsible for strategic onboarding, talent acquisition, long-term relationship building, and managing high-value campaigns. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Talent Partnerships: Drive the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing celebrities and influencers for integrated brand campaigns, ensuring a perfect alignment between brand goals and talent image.
- Bring business for existing and new onboarded talents
- Develop Strategic Talent Roadmaps: Build and execute short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and business growth objectives.
- Talent Relationship Management: Foster and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with top-tier influencers, celebrities, their managers, PR agents, and talent agencies to ensure continued collaboration and smooth execution of campaigns.
- Campaign Ideation & Pitching: Collaborate with creative, brand, and strategy teams to conceptualize campaign ideas, identify the right talent fit, and prepare compelling pitches for brand clients. Present talent-led concepts in client meetings and proposal decks.
- Negotiations & Closures: Lead all negotiations regarding talent fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and timelines. Ensure favorable terms for the company while maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with talent.
- Oversee Execution & Delivery: Manage the entire campaign lifecycle — from briefing talent, coordinating shoot schedules, overseeing content production/delivery, to final approvals — ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Performance Tracking & ROI: Collaborate with analytics and account teams to track campaign performance using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)



and generate post-campaign reports. Use insights to refine future talent strategies.
- Market Intelligence & Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of influencer and celebrity trends, emerging platforms, new talent categories, and content formats to keep the talent pool fresh, diverse, and relevant.
- Internal Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the business development, client servicing, creative, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless project planning, execution, and post-campaign processes.
- Talent Database Management: Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive internal database of celebrities and influencers across genres, demographics, and engagement levels for quick referencing and pitching.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Plan and manage campaign budgets effectively while ensuring maximum ROI from talent collaborations. Coordinate with the finance team for timely invoicing, payouts, and reconciliations.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior executives and associates on the talent team. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing talent sales unit.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at external events, networking sessions, entertainment/industry forums, and talent meetings to grow the company’s reputation and relationship network.
- Crisis Management: Address and resolve challenges related to last-minute cancellations, miscommunication, or underperformance by talent while ensuring client expectations are managed effectively.
- Contract & Compliance Oversight: Work closely with the legal team to ensure all talent contracts meet regulatory and brand compliance requirements, including content rights, exclusivity clauses, and talent commitments.

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of the influencer industry, the top players, brands and educates themselves on the development of the Creator Economy
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, partnering with Talent and industry contacts who may be based in various time zones

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
