About the Role
Support the HR function across recruitment, documentation, and employee engagement while gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing-sector HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidate profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Schedule telephonic and walk-in interviews; coordinate with candidates and interview panels
- Maintain and update the candidate tracking pipeline
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, ID cards, and experience certificates
- Maintain employee personnel files and statutory records
- Support attendance, leave, and onboarding/induction formalities
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Handle HR mailbox correspondence and basic MIS reporting

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM (HR) or MSW pursuing final year or recently completed; BBA candidates with strong HR interest also considered




- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
- Good communication in English and Tamil
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
- Willingness to work from the Madukkarai plant location
