About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and persistent School Outreach Executive to join our School Partnerships team in Aligarh.

You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations with schools, connecting with key decision-makers, scheduling qualified meetings for the School Partnerships team.

This is a high-activity outreach role involving phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn communication.

What You’ll Do

- Reach out to prospective schools and initiate partnership conversations
- Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per working day
- Connect with Principals, Directors, School Owners, Counselors, and other senior decision-makers
- Professionally navigate school receptionists and gatekeepers
- Identify interested schools and schedule qualified meetings for the School Partnerships team
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate outreach and follow-up records in the CRM




- Submit daily activity and progress reports

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confidence speaking with senior school leadership
- Robust persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and performance targets
- Organized, persistent, and proactive
- Comfortable learning and using CRM and outreach tools

Preferred Experience

Experience in B2B outreach, inside sales, appointment setting, EdTech, or education sales is preferred.

Previous experience working with or reaching out to schools and educational institutions will be an advantage.
