RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Engage with prospective customers to understand their workflow and use this knowledge to recommend effective solutions from the SolidWorks suite of products.
- Conducting pre sales demonstrations of SolidWorks suite of products solutions to prospective customers.
- The ability to understand the needs of our customers and to work closely with them and others in our extensive technical support team to present solutions to meet client needs.
- Be a certified Application Engineer as per the norms of Dassault Systems SolidWorks.
- The ability to work with our customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive visit and exceptional customer service.
- Present webinars covering specialized modelling topics that are broadcast to general audience of SOLIDWORKS users and potential users. In this role, you will work with the Technical &Marketing; Team to develop and present relevant technical material.
- Complete the customer engagement activity assigned to you by our OEM Dassault systems SOLIDWORKS and document the same by engaging with the team.
- Provide technical support, via email and phone, by addressing technical questions,



providing guidance, advice, and modelling assistance in a wide variety of application.
- Well versed with Microsoft Windows 7 interface and functionality, familiarity with Windows 8 is an asset.
- Create industry vertical based Technical content for sales, Technical and inside sales.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :

- Quality of Product demonstration
- Number of Demo’s against the target
- Demo’s vs closure ratio.
- Delivery of benchmarks against the set time
- Quality of the Blogs, Webinars, Seminars and Technical content

PERSON PROFILE :

- Minimum of 1 years of experience utilizing SOLIDWOKRS. (SOLIDWORKS Simulation and PDM a plus)
- B.E/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive
- Good knowledge and understanding of engineering processes and terminology of mechanical CAD and design industry
- Strong communication and Analytical skills
- Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Two Wheeler is must

Mon – Friday: 8.30 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Last Saturday of the month working
