About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team.
- This role requires expertise in creating explicit and effective technical documentation for both software and hardware products, specifically for cybersecurity or Networking solutions.
- You will be responsible for developing user manuals, installation guides, troubleshooting documentation, training slides, and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including User Manuals, Installation Manuals, Troubleshooting Guides, and Training Materials (both slides and videos).
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts to gather the necessary information for accurate documentation.
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for complex technical concepts.
- Develop online help systems, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Review and update documentation as product features evolve or new issues arise.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in documentation style, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Work on PowerPoint presentations, PDFs,



and other media to create engaging training materials and documentation.
- Use appropriate tools (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, etc.) to prepare and publish documents.
- Ensure all documentation is easy to navigate and accessible to both technical and non-technical users.

Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:

- Proven ability to write explicit and comprehensive technical documents for software and hardware products, including User Manuals, Installation Guides, Troubleshooting Manuals, and Training Materials.
- Proficient in using documentation tools like Microsoft Word, PDF editors, PowerPoint, and other necessary tools for document creation.
- Demonstrated experience in creating training slides and videos.
- Strong understanding of software products or cybersecurity solutions, with the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly language.
- Experience working on documentation for cybersecurity products, including understanding security standards, protocols, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
