Electronic Data Processing - IT Infrastructure & Network Support

Role Summary

The EDP Associate is responsible for maintaining Qikink's IT infrastructure across office and factory locations,

including computers, networks, internet connectivity, CCTV, firewalls, antivirus, Wi-Fi and IT assets. The role ensures

reliable, secure and uninterrupted day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, internet links and structured network cabling.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity across all office and factory buildings.
- Install, update and monitor antivirus, endpoint security, operating-system patches and user access controls.
- Configure and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems and related monitoring infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical support to employees for hardware, software, printer and network issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, device allocation records, warranties, licenses and service history.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system health checks, backups and basic disaster-recovery support.




- Coordinate with internet providers, CCTV vendors and IT service partners for maintenance and procurement.
- Maintain network diagrams, device configurations, passwords/access records and IT SOP documentation securely.

Key Skills

- Working knowledge of Windows systems and basic server administration.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches and network troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR and cabling.
- Valuable troubleshooting, documentation and vendor-coordination skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to IT incidents across multiple locations.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Sc. / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related discipline.

Freshers with robust practical knowledge may also be considered.
