Job Overview

Acads360 is a fast-growing SaaS company building PRM360, an cutting-edge e-procurement automation platform designed to simplify and digitalize procurement operations for enterprises. We are seeking a .Net Core Developer with hands-on experience in MS SQL to join our dynamic product engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that power our PRM360 platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .Net Core and C#.
- Work on modular, reusable, and optimized code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver new product features and enhancements.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views in MS SQL Server for data processing and reporting.
- Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution plans.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure smooth data communication between services.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging of production issues.
- Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.) in API design.
- Contribute to the deployment process, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure smooth unit testing and integration testing of developed modules.

Key Skills

Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in C# and .Net Core (3.1/5.0/6.0) frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Web API development, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
- Expertise in MS SQL Server including schema design,



indexing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming, multithreading, and dependency injection.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Knowledge of RESTful architecture and microservices concepts.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, and data serialization.
- Experience in unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit.
- Basic knowledge of cloud deployment (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage.

Functional / Domain Skills (specific to PRM360):

- Understanding of Procurement workflows RFQ, Vendor Management, PO, and Invoice processes.
- Experience in building or supporting SaaS-based multi-tenant applications.
- Exposure to integration of ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with data validation, approval workflows, and audit trail functionalities.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 36 years of hands-on experience in .Net Core development with MS SQL Server.
- Prior experience in developing or supporting SaaS or enterprise-grade products is desirable.
