Job Description – Executive Service Coordinator
Location: Thane,
Mumbai Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7 Support Setting)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Executive Service Coordinator to manage service requests, coordinate with engineers and clients, and ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining service quality and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the first point of contact for clients through phone, email, and ticketing tools.
* Log, track, assign, and monitor incidents and service requests.
* Coordinate with field engineers, remote support teams, clients, and OEM/TAC teams for issue resolution.
* Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and escalate critical issues as required.
* Follow up on open tickets until closure and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
* Coordinate and track preventive maintenance activities.
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and escalations.
* Prepare MIS reports, dashboards,



and shift handover notes.
* Update internal systems and trackers with complete and accurate information.
* Adhere to ITIL-based service desk processes, SOPs, and shift handover procedures.
* Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts, as per business requirements.

Required Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches).
* Experience working with ticketing tools, MS Office, Outlook, and Excel. * Excellent coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities. * Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced support environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
