Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Gather customer feedback and provide insights for campaign improvement.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer interactions.

Client Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead,



motivate, and supervise a team of 5-10 members.
- Train recent team members on sales processes, communication skills, and company standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure timely achievement of team goals and performance objectives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
