We are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior Interior Site Supervisor to assist in managing interior fit-out projects at various sites. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of interior execution and the ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed at the site.
- Coordinate material delivery and verify material quality.
- Report project updates and site issues to the Senior Site Supervisor/Project Manager.
- Attend site meetings as required.
- Resolve day-to-day site-related issues.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.




- 0–2 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Freshers with relevant internship or site execution experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of interior fit-out execution and site coordination.
- Ability to read technical drawings and take site measurements.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites as per business requirements.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Work Location: Project sites across Mumbai & Navi Mumbai (as per site requirement).
