QUALIFICATION
DEGREE IN ENGINEERING / SCIENCE OR EQUIVALENT
EXPERIENCE
- MINIMUM 1-2 YEAR(S) WORKING EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY OR EQUIVALENT
OTHER PERSONAL CAPABILITIES
- Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.
- Initiative, self-motivated and have positive technical skills in decision making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application. (Excel, Words, etc.)
- Capable to read technical drawing.
Job Responsibility
A) PRODUCTION:
- To establish Standard Operating Procedure for all process / product.
- To involve in any new product development (Prototypes) before mass production.
- To provide guidance / training for individuals and all staff members related to the process.
- To participate in monthly and annual stock take.
B) QUALITY:
- To monitor all product quality and performance closely with Technical Department.
- To verify all the production parameters (Temperature, Cure time, Machine Pressure, Compound and Metal plates) according to standard.
- To check machine temperature calibration from time to time (Press machine)
C) SAFETY:
- To improve the manufacturing process, output efficiency and to maintain safe manufacturing practice.
- To enact 5S concept among all production workers.
- In addition, must carried out any additional task given by superior from time to time.
