Position: Project Manager

Job Summary

Broadway Mall is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion.
- Supervise civil, interior, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), HVAC, and fit-out works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Monitor material procurement and coordinate with the purchase team for timely availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, work orders, and handover records.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or other project management certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- 7 - 10 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in shopping malls, commercial buildings, multiplexes, hotels, or retail fit-out projects is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong project planning and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of civil, interior, MEP, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong vendor and contractor management skills.

Reports To:
General Manager – Projects / Head of Engineering

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
