Key Responsibilities

- Operate Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), and related granulation equipment as per approved SOPs.
- Perform dry and wet granulation activities according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensure correct weighing, charging, mixing, granulating, and discharge of materials.
- Monitor critical process parameters such as mixing time, impeller speed, chopper speed, and moisture content.
- Carry out cleaning and line clearance of equipment and area before and after production.
- Maintain proper documentation of production activities in BMR/BPR and logbooks.
- Follow cGMP, GDP, and safety guidelines during operations.
- Report any equipment malfunction, deviation, or abnormality to the Production Officer/Manager immediately.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control,



and Maintenance departments whenever required.
- Ensure minimal material loss and adherence to yield targets.
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical granulation processes.
- Ability to operate RMG, FBD, Multi Mill, and related equipment.
- Understanding of cGMP and documentation practices.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.

Qualification

Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. or equivalent

Experience: 1–5 years in pharmaceutical granulation operations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
