- Assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
- Ensure all ingredients are properly measured, portioned, and stored.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support in receiving and storing raw materials.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain proper mise-en-place before service time.
- Work as a team player and help other kitchen sections when needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to company standards.
