Proposal Engineer / Proposal Officer – Inside Sales

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics, or related engineering field preferred
PressureJet Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Proposal Engineer / Proposal Officer to support our Sales Support / Backend Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, PPC, Production, Dispatch, Service, and Accounts
- Book orders accurately in ERP
- Track order status, dispatch schedules, and customer communication
- Support payment follow-up and maintain enquiry / sales records
Candidate Profile:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP
- Good English communication skills
- Robust coordination and follow-up ability
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and responsible
- First preference to candidates with AI skills
