A leading service sector organization in Kerala is hiring an experienced Client Relationship Officer to drive business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business leads through networking and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their business needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Present company services and close business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update CRM/sales records and submit regular activity reports.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Preferred

- Candidates based in Kochi or willing to relocate.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
