We're Food ingredients manufacturing company, manufacturing varioius food ingrediens like dehydrated vegetable powders, herbs, spices. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Officer to join our team in ensuring that all food products meet the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science, experience with HACCP, GMP, and other quality systems, and a passion for maintaining product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
- Investigate product quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform internal audits and assist in external audits from clients or regulatory bodies.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and measuring tools.




- Train and educate staff on quality procedures and food safety practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing QA/QC role.
- Robust knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (BPOM, Halal, SNI, BRC, FSSC 22000, Kosher etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QA software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in FOSTAC, HACCP, GMP, or ISO 22000.
- Experience with laboratory testing and analysis.
- Familiarity with food industry audit processes.
