International Voice & Chat Support Executive

Location: Kovilambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via Voice and Chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining quality standards.
- Update customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Eligibility

- Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice, Chat, or Blended Process.




- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Full-time, Work from Office
