We are hiring for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Absence

Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai | Noida

Experience: 10+ Years (12+ Years Preferred)

Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Absence Management? We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and lead enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects with a focus on Core HR, Absence, ESS & MSS.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet client requirements.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for business-specific scenarios.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class HCM solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and project methodologies.

Skills Required:

- Oracle Fusion HCM (12+ Years Preferred)
- Core HR
- Absence Management (Mandatory)
- Employee Self Service (ESS) & Manager Self Service (MSS)
- Fast Formula Development
- Business Process Analysis & Solution Design




- End-to-End Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations (Minimum 4)

Valuable to have:

- Oracle Fusion Time & Labor
- Oracle Fusion Compensation & Benefits
- Knowledge of AIM/OUM methodology and documentation

Preferred Profile:

- Minimum 12 years of Oracle Fusion/EBS HCM experience.
- At least 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
- Strong functional consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- BE, Post Graduate, or MBA (HR) preferred.
