Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing complex software systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark.
