Our innovative multi-lender POS financing solution simplifies lending for high-value purchases, integrating seamlessly into merchant websites, stores, and omnichannel checkouts, reducing purchase friction and boosting lifetime value. We’re hiring a VP – Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution as we scale. As a Series B company, we are looking for someone who can not only drive growth but also bring structure, processes, and scalability into the product organization. As an VP Product, you will –

- Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Build and implement product processes, frameworks, and operating rigor to scale the organization.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.

- Drive key business metrics such as revenue, adoption, retention, conversion, and LTV.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, risk, compliance, and operations teams.





- Identify new product opportunities and scale existing platform capabilities.

- Ensure high standards of scalability, performance, and reliability across products.

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team.

- Align product initiatives with company-wide growth and go-to-market strategies.

As an VP Product, you must have -

- 12+ years of experience in product management with strong leadership exposure
- Experience working in Series B / growth-stage startups, bringing structure to scaling teams
- Proven ability to build processes, define product org structures, and drive execution at scale
- Strong background in fintech, SaaS, or platform-based products
- Understanding of lending, payments, or embedded finance ecosystems
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and driving product delivery
- Data-driven mindset with ownership of product and business metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leadership decisions
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving complexity
- Solid sense of ownership with the ability to drive outcomes end-to-end.
