We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with statutory compliance, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate payroll-related accounting entries.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits.
- Liaise with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com). M.Com or CA Inter is preferred.




- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in payroll accounting.
- Knowledge of ERP software.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
